AMCAP is the property development business of the Abbey Manor Group, which has a range of property investment, serviced office and waste management business interests.

With a 1.25 Million sq.ft development pipeline across southern England, AMCAP isn’t sector or land-use specific but rather opportunity driven. We are currently working on a wide range of affordable housing, business park, industrial, leisure, mixed-use, medical, motor-trade, office, private residential, retail, trade-counter and warehouse/distribution projects.

As property developers, not traders, we use a highly experienced in-house team of experts in the fields of development, construction and property finance to undertake the full development process from blank sheet of paper to completed building.

We are always keen to discuss potential new business opportunities. We will consider projects for outright purchase or through conditional purchase, development agreement or co-investment/ joint venture structures.
