Our area of operation is concentrated on an area running from approximately Cheltenham and Oxford in the north, London in the east, Exeter in the west and Southampton in the south.
We welcome projects where we can use our proven planning and development skills to unlock value in the following areas:
- development land;
- brownfield regeneration (land & buildings);
- income producing investment assets with active asset management/ development potential;
- distressed property assets;
- working with third parties to unlock development projects by AMCAP delivering equity, debt & wip investment;
- operating businesses with under-utilised land & property holdings
- large-scale development management commissions.
We will consider projects for outright purchase or on the basis of a wide range of conditional purchase, development agreement, co-investment, joint-venture and equity participation structures.
