Minster Park in Business

Full planning permission has been granted for the development of a new four-acre business park in Ilminster.

South Somerset District Council approved the development plans for Minster Business Park, which on completion will provide 54,000 sq ft of new B1, B2 and B8 employment floor space and offer a range of accommodation from 1,250 sq ft to 26,250 sq ft. The scheme is designed by Exeter based Grainge Architects.

The developers of the scheme are Abbey Manor Capital Partners. Jason Mills of Abbey Manor commented:
"We are delighted to have secured planning permission for our latest development in Somerset. We own the site and with planning now in place this new business park will quickly provide much needed new quality employment space, which we hope will attract businesses to the area and create new jobs."
