AMCAP, Summerfield Developments and the Homes & Communities Agency co-sponsored the RICS South West Annual Conference at Rookery Manor, Weston-super-Mare.

The RICS SW Annual conference attended by 150 Chartered Surveyors learnt all about a recently launched business park joint venture project between AMCAP and Summerfield Developments.

Weston Gateway is a new regionally significant business park at J.21 of the M5 serving Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset and the wider South West region.
