AMCAP owns a regionally significant 8.5 acre site with a long and direct frontage with the M5 Motorway at Jct.21. Abbey Manor owns a 20 acre site at Solstice Park. The speculatively built Beacon Centre, which offers a range of general employment units from 1,800-3,750 sq.ft, is now almost all sold/let. A 12,000 sq.ft R&D/office building has been built for Tintometer Ltd who took occupation in December 2005. Wynford House, Yeovil
AMCAP recently completed the development and construction management of a 13,500 sq.ft extension to this NHS PCT occupied building. Works included the internal fit-out works and the refurbishment/remodelling of the original building. The work was completed to a BREEAM "Very Good" standard. Midas Construction acted as Main Contractor under a standard JCT 2005 Design and Build contract. The work commenced in January 2009 and Practical Completion was achieved in accordance with the agreed timetable on 17 December 2009.
