This classic brownfield regeneration project proposes the redevelopment of this vacant former Scottish & Southern Electricity Depot.

This 3.5 acre site enjoys a 500ft long direct frontage onto one of Yeovil's key arterial routes: Lysander Road. Plans to demolish the dilapidated and vacant office, warehouse and open yard areas are progressing apace. The first phase of this exciting regeneration project will, subject to planning, comprise a 12,500 sq.ft deep discount neighbourhood food store and 90 space car park.

In 2009, planning consent was secured for a new roundabout junction into the site from West Hendford. Future phases of development to includes a mix of employment, pub, restaurant and hotel uses.
