Jason aged 36, chartered town planner. With a childhood obsession for drawing townscapes and building Lego towns, the writing was on the wall at an early age that Jason would pursue a career in real estate. University degrees in town planning and land management at Bristol and Reading followed. He started his career as a property consultant at Hillier Parker and Drivers Jonas in London before moving client-side as a project director at AMEC Developments. Formerly international development director of Ian and Richard Livingstone’s London & Regional, he returned home to the west country in September 2007 to lead Abbey Manor’s new development business.

In his spare time, Jason has a passionate interest in historic motorsport. He is tempering these petrol-head activities by creating a landscaped arboretum. Jason is recently married with a baby daughter.

Ian aged 50, chartered accountant. Joined Abbey Manor in 1999. He is a Deloitte alumnus with experience in the engineering sector in the UK and overseas, as well as in construction and development. Ian is part of the team that took the Abbey Manor into the Sunday Times/PwC Profit Track 100.

When he not keeping our finances all trim and ship-shape, Ian’s interests include sailing in which he has extensive racing experience. He is a member of the Royal Ocean Racing Club and a committee member of a Dorset club which is actively involved in the 2012 Olympics.
